Jobs, as everyone knows by know, are based on 4 things; Success, Experience, Loyalty and Reputation.

Loyalty and Reputation here were even for both you and Steveatdsm. You did have the edge on Success, but Steveatdsm has way more experience. Both of you did meet the minimum requirements for the job for Success and Experience, but the amount of experience Steveatdsm had compared to your resume is what led to him getting the job.

It is more common to see the job go to the coach with slightly better success, but when Experience is one-sided like this, the coach with slightly lower success can win the job if Reputation and Loyalty were even, or in their favor, as such in this case.

You're basically saying that an owner can leave a world for multiple seasons and have precedence over someone else who is an active paying customer. No wonder this game is losing owners. You guys are ******* idiots. You aren't treating long time and continuously active users with respect.
