Promised minutes Topic

I have a guy I promised 10 min to. He is averaging 11.4 but has only played in 9 of 12 games. So he's averaging more than 10 but will he complain if he doesn't play in a min amount of games?

He needs to play about 120 total min. Since he's only played in 9 games he's only played approximately 102 minutes based upon the 11.4 mpg. It's done this way so you can't game the system.

Min # of games doesn't matter I believe. Just get to the total minutes promised.

He has not sent an email complaining. At 102 out of what should be 12. I guess he will at some point but hasn't yet. But i was wondering since he has played in 75% of the games. When i promise start this is about where i get an email.
Guess we will see what happens.
