I have 9/11 guys who play on my team on -2. They have shot 6 threes this year. I know it doesn't matter too much but is this a glitch?

I think it's either they got a rebound with 1 second left in the half or game, and threw up a fullcourt shot, or maybe their main 3-point shooters were out of the lineup with under a minute left.

take a look at the play by play - as npb notes, some of those likely desperation shots one way or another. Should be few or no "voluntary" threes during regular game play - likely some different engine rules at end game etc.

Yeah, not an unsolvable mystery. Virtually every half ends with a halfcourt/fullcourt shot(which seems flawed). Somebody has to take it.

I stopped checking the PBP to figure it out after my first season because they were always half-ending shots.

That said, has anyone seen a "...as the shot clock runs out"? Because that would make sense too. Otherwise, I can't think of a reason a -2 should fire up a three unless there are five -2 on the floor and the team is down by 2.

Having your C with a 10 perimeter rating take the potential game winning 3 annoys me. Only happens when everyone on court is -2 but you'd think a guard with a 50 per would take it instead. Annoying.

Oh... only 1 real three. 27 PE made it. Thanks guys.
