Just rolled to a new season and am looking at my expiring contracts for next season (this is the last year of his contract) and have a player that says he wants to test free agency next year. Has anyone seen a player change his mind as the season progresses to be open to extending? Any way to try and entice him to change his mind?

I'm curious too. I had a guy like this who bolted and another this year giving me the same message. I've been regularly checking in on the more recent player but so far he's not budging.

If he gets injured his OVR may drop and he could change his mind. Or if his OVR drops naturally as he ages through thr season
