Who to Play at C and PF? Topic

Last season, I played James Frye at PF and Jerry Moore at C. I believe my thought process at the time was that I liked the better DEF and SB provided by Moore at C (I play zone).

But I'm wondering if I might be better served moving Frye with his better rebounding to the middle? And moving Moore's better ATH and SPD to PF?

Thoughts?

I assume you're playing a 2-3? I'd play with using Moore at C against teams who don't shoot threes and as PF against teams that do.

I would probably make that decision game by game based on match-up.

Same. In general, I would prefer my C in a 2-3 to have the best rebounding and SB, and at PF I prioritize def. Of course, it's often not that neat, and in those cases, I may move them around based on where I expect my opponents shots to come from - and my opponents expected defensive matchups and set also play a role.
