Hey Cohorts,

Question for you seasoned vets. My friend and I have played for about 5 season in Phelan world and have had 2 friends recently join who have followed along and learned as we have. We have gotten these other 2 player to join our world and now our goal is to get up to the same small Division 1 conference as soon as possible. How soon will two new players be able to get to a small D1 school? They both took over D3 schools that are in position to make the NT. Pretty much, we all want to get to D1 as soon as possible, even if its a very small conference, and start recruiting and building the programs there.

Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm they're as good as you probably 5-6 seasons at the least. 1 at DIII and the rest at DII.

Took me 8 or 9 I think because I was bad at first.

Before I get into your question...

I see that there is a coach in your conference that is called nhaller25. Is this also you? If so, you're currently in violation of the fair play guidelines.

And what happened to the other 23?

Haha, that would be my brother, he happens to share my last name despite being more deserving of the last name Snow. His first name also happens to be Nate, whereas mine is Nicolas.

Ah that's cool.

To answer your question, it will take at least a few seasons at D2 to qualify for even D prestige jobs outside of a deep tourney run. I'd move up to D2 ASAP and look for a team that is already good and previously had a human coach. This will help you avoid the rebuild and who knows, maybe you can get a magical FF or E8 run. I think cubcub's 8 or 9 seasons is on the high side. You could do it quicker with some success.
