like the title says, I rescinded a scholly to get more scouting money for recruiting part 2. I haven't received a dime ... what gives?!

Did you recruit him? The FAQ says you don't get resources for cut players that you recruited.

Yes he was..damn I lost every single one of my potential recruits to higher division schools and I have NO scouting money to find more recruits. I'm just SOL then.

All recruits at your divisional level will open up to sign a scholarship on the final day of recruiting. You may not have much money left to scout them, but they're there, and the offer of a scholarship is free. Good luck.

A D2 human coach offered a scholly to a DI player during the 1st phase of recruiting. The coach left and is no longer coaching there, does anyone know if Simmy will continue to pursue the higher level recruit??

If the scholarship was offered I think they continue to pursue as long as they're at Moderate level or better, but I think they also lose a chunk of the recruiting power that was done by the human coach in the same fashion a new human walking into a position finds that all previous Sim recruiting work has been scaled back.
