In the last 2 seasons of D1 coaching I am either listed as "Keep looking" or "Step Backwards" Do you ever show up as "Qualified?" It seems that taking a step backwards job even if it is a promotion is the logic that I have to have. Is this true?

No job will be listed as "qualified". Any job that you can easily attain is labled "Step Backwards"
