So I promised a guy 20 minutes. He keeps getting fouls and therefore not getting close to the promised minutes. I know for 15 minute promise I have had guys get 13.1 mins and be completely happy. What is for 20?

about 16 minutes - 17 to be safer

is he at the right position? if he is slow for his spot, can get more fouls

is your defense setting minus, tends to draw more fouls generally

on player game plan page there is a setting that adjusts on quickly he pulls if in foul trouble - you can tinker with that

What is it for 25 min promise?

Negative ghost rider, you only need to a portion of the promise for the recruit to be happy. I may be wrong on the percent but I thought it was 75-80%. So in theory 15-17 mins should be chill

The percentage varies by player, but I use 80 percent as an initial target. If I see the kid has dropped a point of WE at any time during the season, I will immediately calculate the percentage that the kid is at right then, add a percent and shoot for that. You can get a good idea based on where the kid loses and then regains the first point of WE.

I blame my mistakes on PBR.

LOL - still hoping that guy leaves Benis - I thought I had a shot at him, but he only had 45 Stamina so I think I only went to 15 minutes. Even getting him to 20 is going to be interesting. Is he increasing fast?

Season doesn't start for another 2 weeks. So we will see then. Dude will be playing very tired quite a bit!
