10 min will get you good on playing time pref and 15 will get you very good. My question is if I offer 20 is that any better than 15?

I just had a recruit pref go to good with 10 min playing time promise. At the time his interest in my team was H, and VH for a sim team. Then I added 15 AP for the next recruiting cycle. Then I added 15 more AP for the next cycle. He now has a VH interest in me, and H interest in the sim. So that may be another option to get you more interest.

Yes, 20 minutes is a more impactful Very Good than 15 minutes, and 25 minutes even more so. The same thing applies to all of the preferences. For example if a recruit prefers close to home, schools that are 50 miles and 150 miles away will both be Very Good, but the school 50 miles away will have a larger preference advantage in that category.
