recruiting dice roll? Topic

i'm fairly new back into the HD world, and have read a couple of threads with reference to "recruiting dice rolls". is this how the engine decides who gets a recruit if both teams are listed as "very high" on the considering list? thanks for any input

It's a derogatory term used to complain about determining who wins the recruit. High is also part of the equation. It's not really a "dice roll". Theoretically, 60/40 means the team at 60 will win 3 out of 5 times. There's no dice roll that works that way.

It's just what we call the RNG that chooses who wins a recruiting battle. Have to get to at least High for a chance to roll for the player. Check out more info here.

Its more like the NBA draft lottery.

If you are very high you get more balls than a high team but can still lose the recruit.
