I’d have to assume there’s been a thread for this before, but I’m curious if anyone has ever kept a walk-on into their roster? Does anyone have any examples of “good” walk-ons? Thanks!

at Div 3 I have kept a player with high work ethic, but this was before rating caps were in place. I probably wouldn't keep anyone now.
