I have been away from the game for a few seasons and I remember that the time between actions was 6 hours previously, was there a change to 3 hours between actions instead of the 6 hours?

It's actually the other way around now... previously back in HD 2.0, each recruiting cycle was every 3 hours, now they are spaced 6 hours apart in HD 3.0.

Recruiting cycles occur at 5pm, 11pm, 5am, and 11am server (which is Eastern Standard Time).

Then what I saw on my recruiting page for home visits and everything doesn't make any sense as it was spaced every 3 hours apart.

There is a difference between when a home visit was "bought" and when it was processed. The actions time-stamped 11:09 PM, 8:15 AM & 8:16 AM reflect when *you* took recruiting action. The actions time-stamped 11:04 PM, 5:02 AM and 11:02 AM reflect when those actions were processed and actually applied to that recruit.

In between 8:16 AM and 11:02 AM, you could have cancelled any of those home visits without penalty. After 11:02 AM, those visits were processed and finalized.

Gtimacedance, I see your point, however, this is on the history page and the 11:02 time was when the attention points were processed not the home visit action.

The HVs weren't PROCESSED at 8:15am, they were processed at 11am. They just show up when you actually clicked the button.

That is really interesting because it was different when I left the game. Just very different than I remember.
