This needs to be changed. Ideally, they could use a coach's entire career to judge this for recruiting purposes. For example, a coach who spent 5+ season's at every stop would rank higher than one who skipped around constantly but is now sitting at Duke for 40+ seasons. Anyone have any other suggestions? I'm sure the people at WIS would like suggestions on how to improve the game

hmmm ...

i dont really understand, kev.really

i thought you were going to bring up forced retirement.

I have always been huge fan of forced retirement at 40ish seasons and of really accelerated firings especially at high d1 schools.
but feels like most people hate and are worried that it would cause hd to lose even more coaches. but god it would be fun and would breathe some life into things.

oh well, yeah, with regards to the subject at hand,,,, dont really get it

It does need to be changed. I think a "Wants a new coach" would be the preference addition to properly add favorable odds to coaches in a new position.

Sim should be considered a short term Coach EVERY season. A twenty five year span as a Sim should NEVER be considered a long term Coach.

"I have always been huge fan of forced retirement"

It could certainly improve the game, though at a price.

Maybe when the worlds were not 70% empty.

But it makes no sense with so many openings in the post 2.0 world.
