Quick question: Say a recruit has a preference for minutes promised. If you promise x amount of minutes, say 15, and you preform visits and other actions afterwards..
Will it help or hurt if you increase the amount of minutes promised? Say if I want to increase the minutes promised to 20 after I had already preformed visits and other actions.
I read somewhere that changing minutes promised removes the preference bonus for previous actions preformed, even if you were to increase the minutes. I couldn't find this answer on the forums. Thanks for your help!
Recruiting actions are immediately converted to recruiting credit when the cycle is processed (starts/minutes are processed first so if you offer CV/HVs in that same cycle, they'll get the benefit of the start/minutes multipliers).
In your example, the visits you promised will
NOT get the benefit of any additional minutes you offer in any subsequent cycle (only visits offered in that cycle or later will get the additional benefit). You are however, heavily penalized if you offer
fewer minutes subsequently.
Visually it shows in the recruiting history that the previous minutes were removed, but increasing minutes does NOT provide additional benefits on previously submitted visits so to get the most efficient use of recruiting credit, its best to offer the start/most minutes you are comfortable offering before you send any CV/HVs.
