Please consider a "fine tuning" to the process at the end of part one. When you have part one ending at 11pm, you have a pretty big group that is sleeping (as in me who goes to work between 5 and 6 am.
Allow the distribution of AP's to stay open until 8am the following morning OR even for 12 hours to 11am. Your first recruiting cycle is 12 hours long because it is so important and you want everybody to be able to take a recruiting action.
Consider making AP's movable for the final cycle for a full 12 hours for the same reason. If you lose out on a battle at the 11pm cycle, you have AP's that are not applied (same to a lesser extent if you sign someone). Please consider this change.
