No. Maybe you're only understanding half of what I'm saying.
I'm NOT a person in favor of... Starts at 8am. First cycle processes at 11am. Next at 5pm.
I AM discussing..... On the first day of recruiting, nothing happens at 8am. No mention of 8am. Instead.... Recruiting starts at 11am (which is when you could first put AP on), and first cycle processes at 5pm.
And my point with that, is that it would make the first cycle 6 hours long. Equal to the rest. And for the people that don't want an extra 11am cycle processed, there wouldn't be one. And for the people that don't like that it takes 9 hours long for the first cycle to process, it would only be 6. Equal to all other cycles.
Something does happen at 8 AM. It's the very first moment you can assign AP. You have until 4:59 PM to do it but you can't do anything until 8 AM.
