I thought I remember reading that scholarships open for everyone on the last day of the second session regardless of previous effort. Is this true?

It’s only true if they are your level, so D2 doesn’t have all D1 players open to them

Thanks, guys. I was asking for my dad, who just got his first DI team. He's scrambling a bit to get some guys in the second session. Just want to confirm what I thought I read.

Yes. It's the last day, not just the last cycle. And it is for your division and below. Good luck to your dad.

Yes. It's the last day, not just the last cycle. And it is for your division and below. Good luck to your dad.
