The team in Phelan (DII) was sim coached last year but doesn't even show up on jobs for this year? Anyone ever had that experience before?

I'm guessing someone has them reserved for next season. You just won't know who until the season rolls over.

Yeah, if someone reserved them it won't show as an open job. There might still be a note in the conference news section alerting that such-and-such announces new coach for next season, but I'm not sure that note comes up every time and it also fades out after 3-5 days as I recall
