One SIM got High after I spent more than I ever did before AP included.

My theory is : wants rebuild has been boosted and is huge.

I have an assistant who ask's if they want to get high, but then I normally will drop out of race to recruit those who accept the offer of a "toke". Yes that is evil, but too bad for the trickery!
