My understanding is that games played impacts development, not ABs or IP. Therefore, my strategy for ST games is to pitch fringe prospects nearly every single game, with a max PC of 5 or 10 (yes there's a little bit of injury risk, which is why I save it for fringe prospects). I have one pitcher who's going to end up with 16 games pitched, and about 10 innings. Have I taken this too far to the extreme? It seems like none of the experienced users in my league actually do this.
