Another topic that may be interesting to some, that will never happen.....

Would anybody be interested in a more detailed coach profile page? With coaches having multiple teams in multiple worlds, I'd like it if the profile page had more than just the number of conference titles and national titles. I snoop around a lot. And there's plenty of empty space on that page.

Maybe it could list the world name and season number for each regular season championship, and add in CCOY and NCOY. Things like that. I know you can see that in each world independently, but i mean collectively.

I know it could be lengthy for some of the great coaches, but i still prefer it over a half blank page. Any interest?

And has then been discussed before? Or is it out there and I just haven't found it?

I'd be interested, and to add to it. Other than in the matchup before a game I can't find where I can see my record against a particular coach. I know in the HBD coach profile it does have record vs owner. I snoop too, would love to see some of this...someday

Definitely! Breakouts by division, coaching changes, and all kinds of other historical secondary stuff would be super interesting to see on coach profiles.

A little off topic, but I'd also like the option of setting a recurring matchup with a coach. For instance, if I want to play against topdog's Coker team in the 5th non-con matchup every season, the system automatically keeps it in and alternates home/away every season (if he accepts the challenge, of course).

That's a cool idea. But i wouldn't wish that Coker team on anyones schedule for a while!! It's my first season there now, that's coming to an end. And i have no returning guards!!! Dumpster fire for 2 seasons ahead.

(But i like my potential recruits that i have lined up!)

I'm also on the bandwagon to create a Coach Success preference for recruits. Or a coach prestige instead of team prestige. Something like that.

Definitely coach prestige. A lot of times when I'm recruiting for my newly improved Slippery Rock team, I'll battle against a coach that will be, say, C+ prestige. And i rub my hands together with a devilish grin. I can get this recruit easy!

Then i check the coaches overall resume (not just that particular world) and he'll have 16 national championships or something. And i pump the brakes on thinking the recruit is an easy grab.

A coach prestige could help with that.
