I don't know about you guys but I would really love a feature that allows you to message other users in a sidebar messenger as you gameplan or browse. The standard messaging system is clunky otherwise I would likely direct message other coaches more often.
Even if you couldn't have private messages within the system yet, a running chat for any online users would really add a lot of engagement and probably benefit new users a lot because they wouldn't have to divert to the forums as much. Hell, there's a D1 coach in my conference that went like four seasons not knowing that APs refreshed every cycle.
And the more social the game is, the more likely it is to grow. This would be a pretty easy start
