This recent recruiting cycle, I had 4 scholarships to be given. I signed 2 guys earlier and then had 2 guys (with scholarships offered) still be recruited. The recruiting cycle just ended and the 2 didn’t sign with me or anyone else. Can this happen? In the past either at the end they sign with me or they announce that they are going elsewhere.

There is a ghost cycle that runs, I believe, a couple hours after the "final" 11 p.m....any unresolved signings will be taken care of then. As long as you have a scholarship offer on the table and nobody else has one on that player, then they should appear on your roster.
