Player not getting injury recovery points Topic

My shortstop played 32 games and has spent the last ~112 games on the DL. He hasn't had one single injury recovery cycle this entire season. My medical budget is 18 and training is 20. I've never seen a player NOT get recovery points. What gives? And how do I make a ticket for this (I think I read somewhere that it's different now that SportsHub has assumed full time ownership)?

Hamstring tear can be from 3 to 12 months. It's possible he just hasn't had his first injury recovery bump yet, in the case of this injury.
