Id look to see if you can upgrade a position that you can Cut in recruiting period 2. Sounds like you have 2 loaded classes and 2 classes with no one. Id slowly try to even out your schollys to 4-4-2-2 or 3-3-3-3.

But for now id put 20 pts on a guy you want and dont have to battle for then cut a guy to sign him.

No, you will be losing five Seniors after next year. You will keep the fifth year Senior, and all your Juniors will leave as well after their Senior Seasons. You are stacked, and as hard as it may be, I would strongly consider to try and upgrade one JR this year with the attention during Part 1, and Cutting during part 2. If not, I have not had problems recruiting five and six man classes. It is all in the approach of how you construct it.
