Has any player or coach been called for a Technical Foul in WIS?

That is a real good question! I have read a ton of play by play's over the seasons, and I cannot remember if I have ever seen one.

After reading some of my play by plays, I could have been called for several, after the fact.

there was a point in time where that was part of the game... i think?
i feel like players had a personality rating that would make them more or less likely to get technical fouls. more or less likely to accpet booster gifts. and maybe affected some other things. that was in 2005 or 2006ish. prior to HD2.0 (I guess it was 1.9?)

it was referred to as dilemnas. coaches generally did not like it and it went away.

That was still 1.0, dave. I remember the off-court dilemmas but not the technical fouls. I hated the whole update so maybe I've blocked it out.

Technical fouls were added in with the dilemmas. I think one of the technical fouls was kicking the ball into the stands.

One of the dilemmas would be you would get a message saying that Player X was late for practice and it gave you options what you wanted to do. Sit him on the bench or play him. If you played him, he would be more likely to get into trouble as the season went along, but if you sat him, then he would be less likely.
