Stretching Odds in a 3 way battle Topic

Does anyone know how this works? I know in a 2 way battle just being a head is something like a 5% bump (although it can be less when it is REALLY close) but in a 3 way battle I recently had this:
Coach Division Prestige Int Level Scholarship Offer? Odds
Trentonjoe DI B+ Very High Yes 35%
DI A Very High Yes 32%
DI B+ Very High Yes 33%


I guess it could be a 2% or so bump but those numbers are pretty close.

I've just had two dice rolls in Tark that were 51-49. So yes, it can be way less than 5%.
