Get rid of "Longshot" as a job change status once and for all! Either you qualify, or you do not qualify. And IF you insist that Longshot remain, make it a real possible event once in a while, especially for guys who have thousands and thosands of total games.

In all of the research I've done into the jobs process, I've never come across one confirmed case of someone getting a "Longshot" or "Keep Looking" job.

In my opinion, they don't need to eliminate these, but the odds of landing a longshot or keep looking job should be improved so that it actually happens once in a while. It would add a lot to the game. Moving up in this game is hard enough as it is, but making some of these slightly out of reach gigs a legitimate opportunity would at least add some hope to the jobs process and would be really exciting if you landed one.

What difference should how many games you've played make in terms of getting jobs, beyond the fact that to an extent longevity has already played a role in your qualification in the first place?
