Usually that happens when you have a slow internet connection and you click on an action before the page fully loads.

Yeah, I’ve tried multiple times though, and nada. HD is the only issue for me as well. I can access the hub for every other game, just not HD.

There are some errors going on with payment, but whatever you're seeing might be related. I would contact customer support, for sure.

Whatever it was, it fixed itself after about an hour of being locked out. Not sure what the deal was.
