I do not understand why some owners change job so often. It takes time to build up the pref, unless it's a baseline prestige boost, I just don't get it.

I get bored, or I stop having fun when a conference becomes empty. Or I find Virgin teams (amazing fact there are still three D1 Virgins after I have "popped" three others during the year 2018).

I have various reasons, but bottom line is I just play this for fun

Conf empty : agreed. Pretty boring

My sixteen seasons at WVU in Naismith is double my tenure anywhere else.

I like to experiment,I try new offenses, recruiting strategies, play styles whatever.

I start one model plan, then change tunes. Like now.... I've had 3 and when I got the 4th team i wanted to play all offense and defensive sets. Then another goal gets in the way.... joining a conference with the best of the best coaches (D2 Smith, C Atlantic). That killed goal one.

Then, I get talked into joining another best of the best conference (D2 Phelan, Heartland). Signed up today. But i only want to handle 4 teams. So i'm gonna drop one.

I'm now lined up with THE four I want to keep.... until someone else suckers me in again! Or I get bored of my 2 teams with all sim conference. (I seriously doubt I change again tho)

I guess maybe this thread isn't exactly for me. I'm not really a job hopper. I just keep expanding. But to me it feels the same as job hopping. Every time i blink, I have a new idea to tackle
