In Phelan it says that you can now start contacting recruits. This isn't supposed to start until Saturday. I tried contacting them anyways and you can't do that either. No way to contact you can still only scout them.

I think those header messages are off right now. Knight's is off as well. I'm sure this will get fixed over the next few weeks.

Check the World Schedule. The dates seem to be updated there.

When they pause the game, the automated notification banners get generated on the days of the original world schedule, not the modified one. So for the remainder of the season you'll be getting notified 3 days sooner than necessary. It's annoying.
