I know I'm computer stupid, but I can't find sitemail. If it still exists, can anyone tell me how to access it?

Hi, gene. On your homepage, over to the right under ACCOUNT is your sitemail, seven down from the top.

And the bell icon works now when you recieve a sitemail. At least mine does
