I spent a bit away from the game. There used to be a table that showed the batting averages and averages against broken down by year and you could plug in the numbers. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Like you could look up the OAV for your pitcher, the OAV from the year he pitched, same for the batter, and get an expected batting average against.

You could see what if 1899 Harry Maupin (highest OAV#) pitched to 1940 Lary Lyn (lowest AVG#). anyone :P ???
