I woke up this morning to two messages from my longest running team.....
keep in mind, I haven't changed teams, and i'm not changing sets with any of my teams. Not since weeks and weeks ago. So no error was made on my behalf. No changes.
Slippery Rock.... hey coach, why do we practice Flex/ press in games when we run (basically Triangle/M2M)?
What?! I go to my practice page. Sure enough.... 25 minutes in Flex, 25 in Press. On my team that has been Triangle Man for 10 seasons!
