When do EE announcements happen? I’ve been confused by this ever since I’ve had EE’s.

Yep, after conclusion of the NT. You get an email from the recruit that's as impersonal as it is soul-crushing.

Well I guess that means that the #22 on the draft board likely going JR that i prepared all of session one to replace with no current open scholarships has decided to return. When you prepare for them to leave they don’t and when you don’t expect them to leave they do.
