Has anybody ever seen a pitcher with splits in the 90s but a control around 50? I'm wondering if there is any player in another world similar to him so I can get a glimpse of what to expect from someone like that

P quality is also a very important consideration.
?The first three seem to be more closely aligned to your description, but I included a few others who were similar if not perfect comparisons.

Billy Ray Delahanty
Alton George
Edgar Zumaya

Joakim Benitez
Tomas James
Angel Santiago
Yusmeiro Calles
Kenneth Beamon
Neal Simpson
Ernest Buckner

Wow. Thanks!
The pitcher in question has projected ratings of 90+/70+/50+/50+

Looks like those guys are still effective. Inconsistent, but effective. I had a guy like that and had him as a high innings bullpen option. He ended up winning fireman of the year.

I'm curious how you seemingly searched across a lot of worlds to find so many comps. Did you do it manually, or is there a trick?

Manually

I know your looking for HBD player comps, but I thought MLB comps would also be relevant. Randy Johnson 1992 led the the league in walks 155, K's 241 with a 3.77 in 210 innings, Note from that point RJ's control improved. Nolan Ryan might be a better comp.

My first thought of an mlb comp was Nolan Ryan
