While I'm at it. On a related note. Assuming you are at the division you want to play at or are gradually moving up towards DI, how often do you look at job opening and seriosuly consider switching schools?

I'd like to see it shortened to 2 days. I just wanted to get a sense of how others feel. 3 days is too long especially for anyone not trying to switch jobs. I also don't think the first cycle needs to be 24 hours. I think if it's 12 hours everyone in any time zone will have an equal opportunity to apply, and that even if there are a few people that can't get online to apply for a job they want, it's not made or break to their enjoyment of the game.

I would like to see the Jobs process look like GD. I think you should be able to apply for jobs year around, but have a Job Change period with 12 hour cycles, for two days. The Change Period begins with the awarding of all jobs applied for previously, and then the two day process of other changes.
