Greatest OPS+ all time that never once qualified? Topic

Who possesses the greatest OPS+ all time that never once qualified for a batting title? Career minimum 2000 PAs. For simplicity's sake: let's use the current rule of 502 PAs in any given season.

I've got:
Bernie Carbo at 126 OPS+ (3320 PA: .264/.387/.427 (.814 OPS)).
Bubbles Hargrave at 118 OPS+ (2849 PA: .310/.372/.442 (.824 OPS)).

There's got to be more. Any Excel wizards with a working spreadsheet to filter for this criteria? Or, can anyone think of any players that might be worth a look?

I'll nominate Ken Phelps from the mid-80's Seattle Mariners. 132 OPS+ in 2287 PA (.239/.374/.480). 441 PA in 1986.
