Probably my best team ever. Preseason #2. Just so happen to schedule preseason #1 for first game. Game 1 - #1 vs #2. Sweet.

So I was probably one cycle away from snagging a good d1/awesome d3 pg recruit. But it wasn't meant to be. I was disappointed but that's the way it goes. Left me pretty shallow at pg though.

So 3 mins into game, #1 vs #2, my Best player goes down. He's only supposed to miss around 3 games but damn. So we go on to lose by 5, without my best player, who also happens to have to play back up pg. The result wasn't horrible but there are no moral victories.

All things considered it could be worse. I'm like, $h!+, Fug, dam tho.

I feel your pain. My Iba Elmhurst team just lost the starting PG to a knee injury after five minutes of play in an elite 8 game vs. Dickinson. Since he was the only guard on my team with the ATH/DEF combo to match up with his FCP we went from being up by 8 at halftime to losing by nearly 20. All my other PGs fouled out.
