Pitching staff is very fatigued Topic

I joined last year and did not encounter this issue. 20 percent of my starting rotation is at zero energy. They are not new to the staff, 3 relievers are at 5 percent or below. Is there something that i can do to fix this. I am confused.

thanks

Make sure they are back to 100% the cycle before each start. Maldonado has started his last two appearances at 67% and 80%. Gardel started his last start at 90%. As far as Feng, he has pitched in each of the last 4 cycles. He just needs a little break.

Check your pitching settings.

I have found that the best way to get the most innings out of your pitching staff is to have your starters go about 20 pitchers over their stamina (as long as the starter has durability of 24 or higher). For your relievers, you want to do about 5 pitches more than their stamina. They usually have higher durability so they can pitch in consecutive games.

If all of your guys are getting still getting fatigued after employing the above, you might need to sign more pitchers.

Agreed that you need to check your pitch counts. Make sure your starters' stamina is at least 60. The pitch counts I generally use are: stamina 60-69 (90-100 pitches), stamina 70-79 (100-110), stamina 80 and above (110-120). Again, that is a generalization. Also, what is the Call Bullpen setting at? In the minors, I will put all pitchers at 3. This is middle of the road. 1 means they will get left in games longer, 5 means the quickest of hooks.

Also, I generally have inactive pitchers I swap into active roles depending on which relievers are fatigued. AAA = 1 or 2 extra pitchers, AA = 2 or 3, HIgh A 3 or 4, Low A 4 or 5. Rookie you have room for tons of pitchers (I'm usually at at least 16 of the 30-man roster). I usually do the reliever swap twice a day when I check in on my teams.
