I haven't played in 3 years so take this with a huge grain of salt...be careful with how you compose your bullpen. You have a lot of guys with "modern" relief usage...i.e. IP/G of 1.0 or less. These guys fatigue VERY fast when used in a game. I would put such guys on a max PC of 10. Many successful SIM owners use low-IP starters as their preferred relievers. A low-IP starter who pitched 35-50 innings is much more useful than a low-IP RP with the same total innings and comparable RL stats, because the former will almost never suffer in-game fatigue, whereas the latter will.

Copy that everyone.

Thanks for the feedback. Never thought of some of these things.

Well, team now 23-37 after 60-40 start.

I feel like just having the team be .500 all year would have been better. Instead it normalizes out in a horrific way. Hilarious.

If they started out 23-37, then ran off a 60-40 stretch, you probably wouldn't be here complaining :)

And I know things are streaky but is this really just bad luck? Is that all I can say?

Bats totally died in last 5 games. Even though I tried being aggressive with H&R and small ball to manufacture runs. The Starting P has been great in the last 5 games too. It's been this way for almost 40 games.
You also kinda gave a small hint here. If you changed your H&R settings, etc., you may have been damaging your team. The team isn't really built to be a H&R team, per se, which you obviously thought you knew if you didn't start out with elevated H&R rates. In general if your team has played well in the aggregate using one set of settings, I'd need a better reason than a cold streak to change the settings. It's one of those things like the waiver wire - I'm not just going to make a change because I don't like how things are going. But I will make a change if I can convince myself credibly that there is an evidence-based reason to do so.
