Random idea that will never happen...

If you change teams, you can choose one of your players to follow you to your new school. This wouldn't apply though if you drop down a division.

You do realize this game is based on real college basketball? Since that doesn't exist there, it wouldn't here.

That's before we even talk about the value of this idea.

Oh Dan, are you saying this game mimics real college basketball? C'mon man!

Recruits have been known to follow coaches who have moved schools. Perhaps modify the idea for a rng on any players who committed during session one to follow you to a new school.

Yes, though i said "any player", i was thinking more along the lines of incoming freshmen. I just signed a 5-star at Brown, but left the school. Would be cool if he could join me at the new place... maybe sit a year first.

That would be awesome! For any lateral or move up in divisions, you could select any incoming freshman or “infatuated” upperclassmen to follow you to your next school. Upperclassmen would have to be non seniors, never redshirted, and never been ANQ. They would have to sit out a year without growth similar to an ANQ. Upperclassmen would have to have significant WE growth during previous seasons & recruited by you to even be interested in the opportunity.
I think a feature like this would be semi realistic and funny. Think about the hilarious rejection replies from a disgruntled benched player that is asked to follow to the next school

I agree. But it should be limited to a recruit that you signed in RS1 at your previous School. Happens at the Lower Levels in real life quite often, and less so at the D1 Major level. Lower level recruits develope more loyalty to the Coach that recruited them.
