I am sure this traffic has been covered before but I can’t find it. Does anyone know how coaching longevity is calculated. And also do Sim teams accrue the same amount as human coaches?

Simply from observation, it takes 7-8 seasons for a good pref and 10 seasons for a very good.

"Coach Longvity: (Wants Long Time Coach) - 4 is the break even point. 5 would give you a small boost, but still slots into the Neutral category. 6 seasons pushes you into the good range."
