I recently finished the regular season tied with two other teams for the third worst record in the league. Does anyone know how the tie breakers are determined for next season's draft order?

Draft order is based on the previous season's regular season winning percentage. The worst team gets the first pick. If multiple teams have the same winning percentage, the tiebreaker is run differential then runs scored then coin flip. In season 1, the order is based on the average overall rating of your entire organization.
