How many days are there between budget distribution and start of regular season (for injury purposes)? I've read that it's 110 -- but does that mean that if I have a player at 77 injury days during the budget process that he will be healed by Spring Training?

The 110 is the number of days between the end of the WS and free agent re-signing day. From there out it progresses as normal. Your guy will be healed at rollover.

Sorry, I'm dense. If I'm at budget day now, and he has 77 days left, when will he be ready?

26 real life days from re-sign free agent day, or about 3 days before draft lists drop.
