Same rules as last draft. Just reverse. Each player must be lower in salary than your previous player. No trades.

(I even put it in color - to make it look official)

We did this a few years ago and it was part of the impetus for trying to do the Increasing Salary Draft. I believe it was 1901-present only.

Obviously, it didn't have the death spiral component (it's a feature, not a bug )
