Hello, I am currently coaching a middle school offseason program. I am trying to assign each player an "athletic ranking" that will take several drills and their height and weight into consideration. We are testing squat, bench press, dead lift, 40 yard dash, 20 yard agility drill, vertical and broad jumps. The reason for this is two-fold, 1. I want to be able to see improvement throughout the year and 2. I want student-athletes to know the best athletes aren't always the ones that can lift the most/run the fastest. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
