Rescind Scholarships? Topic

So I have two guys that was obviously walk on the season before. I want to rescind their scholarships, but it wont give me the option. Will they automatically be cut as long as I do not offer a scholarship?

Walk ons do not return for a second season unless you offer them a scholarship.
