# of openings vs # of signings (Newbie question) Topic

So I was just wondering, I am only going to most likely fill 2 of my remaining 3 openings. What happens to the additional opening? Do I have it to fill next season or does someone transfer in or do I get a walk on?

You'll take a walk on who won't be any good but he will only be on your roster a year and then he'll disappear. You also get recruiting resources for him as if he's a senior. Taking a walk on is usually no big deal. If you have other questions ask or you can sitemail me. You can also get a mentor to help you out.

dont worry about a walk on or two

way better to have them than to sign guys who suck - best to have the resources next season to sign better guys
